The Courts and Tribunals Committee considers issues relating to the operation of the Courts and Tribunals and promotes best practice in the interest of the legal profession and the public.The Committee meets at least once each month and its composition includes lawyers who practice in Courts and Tribunals at all levels.
The Committee is frequently the first point of Contact for practitioners when there is a need to raise issues about Court practices.
The Committee regularly liaises with government departments and agencies on all manner of Court related topics.
