This committee acts as a meeting place for those practitioners who practise in the Family Court and who are interested in keeping up to date with developments and news affecting Family Law.
Regular meetings take place between members and the management committees of various Family Courts in the area and are represented at quarterly meetings of Family Court Judges in the region. The committee also has links with the Family Law Section of the Law Society and is involved from time to time in putting submissions forward on matters of interest to select committees. |
